These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that apply when you create an account, deposit in PKR, place bets and use any part of the 288gam platform. Please read them carefully. By registering and using the platform, you are agreeing to these terms in full.

Before going through the full terms, these six points cover the most important things that affect most players most of the time.
Each player is allowed one account only on 288gam. Duplicate accounts – regardless of whether different names, phone numbers or payment methods are used – are not permitted and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
The 288gam platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious breach of these terms. Verification of age may be requested at any time.
All deposits, bonuses, bets and withdrawals on 288gam are in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion at any stage. The PKR amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance, with no conversion fees applied.
Bonuses are for genuine recreational players. Attempting to manipulate bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using systematic strategies designed to exploit promotions will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement that protects your funds. Providing false documentation during verification is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
288gam is entertainment. These terms include responsible gaming commitments from both the platform and the player. You are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits and to stop play if gaming is causing any financial or personal strain.
Access to and use of the 288gam platform is available only to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
Important: If you do not meet all of the above conditions, you must not register or use the 288gam platform. Using the platform while ineligible is a breach of these terms and 288gam reserves the right to close such accounts and withhold any associated balances pending review.
Each individual may hold only one account on 288gam. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under different names, phone numbers or payment details, is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number and accurate payment details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password, PIN or login details with any other person. 288gam will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. Prompt notification allows 288gam to take protective action.
288gam reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its discretion, without being required to give a reason for that decision.
All deposits on 288gam are made and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. All payment methods must belong to you personally. Using a payment method registered to another person is not permitted.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly on the deposit page. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method and are outlined on the deposit page.
If a deposit is credited to your account in error – for example, a technical duplication – you are obliged to notify 288gam and the erroneous credit must not be played or withdrawn. 288gam reserves the right to reverse any erroneously credited funds.
Withdrawals from your 288gam balance are processed in PKR back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative payment method. Before your first withdrawal is processed, identity verification (KYC) must be completed. See Section 8 for details on the verification process.
Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits per transaction. These limits are displayed on the withdrawal page and vary by payment method and VIP tier. Higher VIP tiers have access to higher per-transaction withdrawal limits.
Completing your identity verification early – before you plan to make a withdrawal – avoids any delay at the point when you want to take funds out.
288gam offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum deposit conditions. Those specific terms are published alongside each offer and must be read before accepting any bonus.
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements – the contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Bonus abuse – including using multiple accounts, exploiting promotional structures or misrepresenting personal details to access a promotion – will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account suspension.
Bets placed on 288gam are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying that your bet details are correct before confirming. Errors in stake amount or selection made by you are not grounds for reversal of a settled bet.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay – such as a disconnection mid-spin or a live casino streaming interruption – the platform will attempt to resolve the round based on the available state at the time of the interruption. If a round cannot be completed or verified, the stake will be returned to your balance.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 288gam platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:
288gam cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to suspected financial crime, fraud or identity misuse.
288gam operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its commitment to security and responsible financial operations. Verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. 288gam may also request verification at any other point during your use of the platform.
Verification typically requires documents confirming your identity and, in some cases, your source of funds. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Additional documentation may be requested for large withdrawal amounts.
288gam reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct or a request by the account holder for voluntary self-exclusion.
If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held and will not be accessible during the suspension period. If investigation concludes that a breach occurred, funds associated with the breach may be forfeited.
If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may request closure through support. Any eligible balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method once any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are resolved.
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please mention this when contacting support. Self-exclusion arrangements can be put in place to prevent re-registration for a set period.
288gam collects, stores and processes personal data in connection with account management, payment processing, identity verification and platform security. The full details of how your data is handled, stored and protected are set out in the 288gam Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.
By registering on 288gam, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you and to request corrections to inaccurate data. Contact support with any such requests.
Read the full Privacy Policy288gam provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform works to ensure consistent availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside the platform's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from technical malfunctions, data loss, or unavailability of services.
288gam is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is for adult entertainment only. If at any point gaming stops being enjoyable and starts causing financial or personal stress, stop playing and seek support.
As a player, you commit to using the platform only with money you can afford to lose as entertainment. You agree not to use household funds, borrowed money or funds intended for essential expenses for gaming. You agree to take breaks and to use any self-management tools available on the platform.

288gam reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, reasonable notice will be given through a notice on the platform or via the contact details associated with your account.
Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the amended terms take effect.
